Drug name: Miconazol Hexal
Active Ingredients:
- Miconazole nitrate
Miconazole cream also exerts bactericidal and anti exudative action.
Indications: Miconazole cream is used to treat the following conditions:
- Mycosis of the skin, foot, skin folds caused by fungi(athlete's foot, jock itch)
- Skin infection caused by Corynebacterium minutissimum
- Candidosis
- Scaly skin disease
- Erythrasma
- Mixed bacterial and fungi infections of the skin and nails
- Ringworm of nails
Contraindications and cautions:
You should not use Miconazole cream if any of the following conditions apply to you:
- Known hypersensitivity to Miconazole
- Pregnancy
- Breastfeeding
- Children under 12 years of age
- Wash and dry the skin thoroughly before applying Miconazole cream.
- Miconazole is for external use only.
