Active Ingredients:

  • Xylometazoline

Therapeutic actions: Xylometazoline belongs to the local vasoconstrictive medicines(decongestants) with α-adrenomimetic activity. It works by narrowing blood vessels of the nose mucous lining and eliminates hyperemia and edema. Dlianos facilitates nasal breathing in rhinitis. In therapeutic concentration Xylometazoline doesn't irritate mucous lining without causing suffusion.

Indications: Dlianos is indicated to treat the following conditions:

  • Acute respiratory diseases manifested in rhinitis
  • Acute allergic rhinitis
  • Hay fever
  • Sinusitis
  • Eustachitis
  • Otitis media

Contraindications and cautions: Dlianos should not be taken

  • In increased sensitivity to Xylometazoline
  • In hypertension
  • In increased heart rate
  • In aterosclerosis
  • In glaucoma
  • In atrophic rhinitis
  • In hyperthyrosis
  • In children

Xylometazoline should be used with caution in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Avoid prolonged use of Xylometazoline.
