Drug name: Rinza Lorsept
Active Ingredients:
- Amylmetacresol,
- Dichlorobenzyl alcohol
Therapeutic actions: Rinza is an antiseptic preparation which exerts anti-inflammatory, analgesic and local anesthetic effect. The drug works by coagulating the proteins in the microbial cells. It is active against a wide spectrum of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and some strains of fungi. The drug lowers the symptoms of inflammation of the upper respiratory tract, decreases nasal congestion, alleviates irritation and throat pain.
Indications: The drug is indicated as treatment for the following conditions:
- Tonsillitis
- Pharyngitis
- Laryngitis
- Hoarseness
- Stomatitis
- Gingivitis
- Oral candidosis
Rinza Lorsept may be indicated for other conditions by your health care provider.
Contraindications and cautions: The drug should not be used in the following conditions:
- Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation
- In treatment of viral infection of the throat
