Active Ingredients:

Fenspiride

Therapeutic actions: Anti-inflammatory and bronchodilatory activity of Eurespal is associated with the ability of Fenspiride to reduce the production a range of biologically active substances(free radicals, prostoglandins, cytokines). These substances are responsible for inflammatory and bronchospasm development. Fenspiride blocks a-adrenoreceptors and ,thus, lowers secretion of bronchial glands. Fenspiride also exerts spasmolytic action.

Indications: Eurespal is indicated in the following conditions: Diseases of the upper and lower respiratory tract:

nasopharyngitis and laryngitis
otitis and sinusitis of a different origin, including allergic
rhino and tracheobronchitis
bronchitis
bronchial asthma(maintenance therapy)
respiratory manifestations during rubeola, pertussis, influenza.

Contraindications and cautions: Eurespal should not be used in:

Individual intolerance to fenspiride
Children under 14 years of age
Pregnancy
Breastfeeding

Eurespal should be used in conjunction with antibiotics in infectious diseases

Eurespal should be indicated with caution in patients with diabetes and hypersensitivity to NSAID's

Digestive system: nausea, stomach pain, vomiting
Allergic reactions: Quincke's disease, hives, erythema
Other: drowsiness, tachycardia
