Drug name: Solcoseryl
Active Ingredients:
dialysate ultrafiltrate derived from calf blood
Therapeutic actions: Solcoseryl eye gel, a protein-free standardized dialysate ultrafiltrate derived from calf blood, it has demonstrated to be effective to enhance corneal epithelial wounds healing in both experimental animal studies and human beings. Solcoseryl eye gel had been applied to the clinical treatment practically for varieties of corneal epithelial disorders for more than ten years.
Indications: Mechanical, thermal and chemical eye injury (traumas, burns), corneal ulcer, erosion of cornea, inflammatory disease of cornea and conjunctiva(keratoconjunctivitis, keratitis, bullous keratitis) contact lenses irritation; preoperative and postoperative treatment in keratoplasty.
Contraindications and cautions: Use with caution during pregnancy and hypersensitivity.
It is advised not to drive after using Solcoseryl gel.
