Drug name: Ginseng Tincture
Active Ingredients:
- Ginseng
Therapeutic actions: Ginseng possesses CNS stimulating effect thus increasing physical and intellectual work efficiency.
Indications: Ginseng tincture is used as a stimulating remedy when experiencing increased physical and intellectual loads, to increase work efficiency and organism resistance to unpleasant environmental influence, in the period of recovering from an illness. Ginseng is also used in asthenic conditions and as complex therapy in treatment of sexual dysfunction caused by neurasthenia.
Contraindications and cautions: The preparation should not be used in the following cases:
- Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparation
- Hypertension
- Increased irritability
- Epilepsy and seizure disorders
- Sleep disorders
- Acute infections
- Virus infections
- Chronic liver dysfunction
- Pregnancy or lactation period
- Young age prior to 12
The preparation is not recommended for use in the second part of the day due to possible sleep disorders.
