Generally accepted principle of drug prescribing is based on a completely different idea that we must take a substance which exerts completely opposite effect to the symptoms that we are experiencing. Sometimes this approach may lead to unwanted side-effects or even to dependency on the drug. Homeopathy on the other hand suggests that the symptoms as an attempt of the organism to heal itself. These symptoms show a homeopathic doctor which types of preparations he may need to give in order to treat the patients illness, causing an immune response of the organism without allopathic medicine.
