Active Ingredients:

  • metamizole sodium + pitofenone + fenpiverinium bromide

Therapeutic actions: Bral is a combine medication that belongs to the group of analgesic and spasmolytic medications. Metamizole sodium possesses analgesic, antipyretic and anti inflammatory action. Pitofenone exerts direct myotropic action on the unstriated muscles of the internals. Fenpiverinium bromide due to its anticholinergic activity exerts additional relaxing action on the unstriated muscles. Combination of these 3 active ingredient leads to synergism in pharmaceutical effect manifested in pain relief, relaxing of the unstriated muscles, decrease in fever.

Indications: Bral is used to treat the following conditions:

  • Pain of a different origin
  • Spasms of the internals
  • Migraine
  • Post surgical pains
  • Spasms of the blood levels

Contraindications and cautions: You should not use Bral:

  • In hypersensitivity to any of the medication active ingredient
  • In liver and kidney diseases
  • Heart failure
  • Gastrointestinal obstruction
  • Close-angle glaucoma
  • Agranulemia
  • Hypertrophy of the prostate gland
  • Insufficiency of the G6PD
  • Pregnancy
  • Coronary heart disease

Sedative and antipsychotic drugs may enhance analgesic effect of Bral.Bral may increase cyclosporine blood levels.
