Active Ingredients:

Hydrocortisone
Oxytetracycline

Therapeutic actions: Oxycort is a combined medication that inhibits development of skin inflammation, especially the ones of an allergic origin, severed by a bacterial infection as a result of a cumulative effect of drug components.

Indications: Oxycort is being used as a treatment of the following diseases:

Dermatitis in newborns, infected diaper rash
Folliculitis
Furunculosis, anthrax, infected eczemas and wounds
Hives in newborn
Simple and allergic dermatitis, seborrhea
Multiple exudative erythema
Insects bites
Allergic and purulent diseases of an ear tract

Lower leg varicose ulcer, skin burns, freezing injury

Contraindications and cautions: The drugs should not be used in the following conditions:

Hypersensitivity to any components of the preparations
Tuberculoderma, skin tumors, precancer, viral skin diseases
Pregnancy, lactation period

Adverse effects: There are possible side-effects associated with this medicine that can affect individuals in different ways. If a side effect is stated here, that does not necessarily mean the fact that all people using Oxycort will experience it or any other. The possible side effects are:

Skin allergic reactions
Superinfection
Telangiectasia
Areolar tissue atrophy
