Drug name: Aecolum
Active Ingredients:
- Betacarotene
- Menadione
- Retinol
- Vitamin E
Therapeutic actions: Combined preparation that exerts poly-vitamin, metabolic and burntreating effects. Increases the rate of wound healing and stimulates reparation.
Indications: Aecolum is intended for use in:
- Disruptions of the membranes in small intestines
- Trophic and varicose ulcers
- Erosion of the cervix uteri
- Endocervitis
- Colpitis
- Purulo-necrotic wounds
- Infected burns of second and third degree
- Conditions after autodermoplastic reconstruction
The drug may also be used if prescribed by your doctor for:
- Unspecific ulcerous colitis
- Stomach and duodenal ulcer
- After Gastrointestinal surgery
- Proctosigmoiditis
Contraindications and cautions: The drug should not be used if any hypersensitivity to the components of the preparation has ever been registered.
