Drug name: Guarem

Therapeutic actions: Guarem is a complex drugs which exerts hypoglycemic, hypolipedemic and hypo cholesterolemic effect. The drug prevents absorption of glucose, bile acids and cholesterine in the intestines. Hinders the level of glycemia after food consumption, lowers the level of cholesterol in the blood.

Indications: The preparation is indicated in the following conditions:

Diabetes (as additional therapy)
Hypocholestrolemia
Obesity
Damping syndrome
Hyperproteinemia of the second type.

Contraindications and cautions: The drug should not be used in the following conditions:

Hypersensitivity to any components of the prepration
Mechanical intestinal blockage
Esophageal stenosis

When starting the treatment with Guarem the doctor should control the level of glycemia and cholesterol in blood.
